Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Nature of the service

smartbiztscale.com provides an advisory information service: AI-assisted itinerary planning, destination research and budget estimates. We do not sell, book or operate travel packages and are not a licensed tour operator under the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism and Resort Activity".

2. Cancelling an order

• Not started: cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
• In progress: cancel any time; the unused part is refunded pro rata to completed work.
• Delivered: no refund after final delivery, unless the law requires otherwise.

3. Refunds and prices

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days. Subscriptions may be cancelled any time and stop the next charge. Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and are truthful and verifiable under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising".

4. Your statutory rights

Consumers in Ukraine may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights" No. 1023-XII; that right ends where you consent to immediate performance and the digital plan is delivered. Data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" No. 2297-VI.

5. Requests and complaints

Email contact@smartbiztscale.com with your order number and reason. We confirm receipt within 5 business days and answer complaints within 30 days under Law No. 1023-XII.
