Coastal Compass is an advisory information service generating travel ideas and itineraries. It is not a licensed tour operator or travel agent and sells no travel packages (Law of Ukraine "On Tourism and Resort Activity").
2. No booking or payment
We take no reservations or payments. Indicative prices are shown in UAH and may change. Bookings are made directly with third-party providers.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully: no scraping, automated abuse, unlawful content, or reliance on outputs for safety-critical decisions. You must be 18+ or have guardian consent.
4. Accuracy and advertising
We make no misleading claims about price, availability or service characteristics, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising".
5. Personal data
We process personal data only with your informed consent (Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" No. 2297-VI). See our Privacy Policy; withdraw consent at contact@smartbiztscale.com.
6. Consumer rights
Paid options follow the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights" No. 1023-XII: UAH pricing, 14-day withdrawal for distance contracts, complaints handled within 30 days.
7. Liability and governing law
The Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect losses or third-party providers. We may update these Terms. Ukrainian law governs; Kyiv courts have jurisdiction.
